Buying a new car

I had searched from near to far
And why? To buy a new car
Then a friend got in touch with me by phone
Told me they had a Corolla at a place called CARZONE

I set off to see it before it started to get dark
After a detour... I was greeted by a car dealer called MARK
Mark said, “This car drives like a breeze”
Then handed over to Rita a set of car keys

So Sue and Rita went for a drive
Hoping they wouldn't be long as Mark usually went home by five
Mark was patient, helpful and explained the cars history to us
However he should realize that “girlie” buyers like to fuss

Rita said, “I like it but I want it checked out -
I have to know its A Okay without a shred of doubt”
So she arranged to take the car for a test
Then she told Mark out of those she’d seen his was the best

To please a female buyer is difficult enough
So Mark found Rita when bargaining was also pretty tough
The car check found there were some things Rita wanted fixed
Mark looked like a man of integrity who wouldn't pull any tricks

So finally a deal was done
The car even got approval from Rita’s son
So Rita drove her new car back to her home out West,
Finding Mark at CARZONE was definitely the best.

A few weeks ago I read a letter in your paper from a very satisfied customer of CarZone Wholesale. They had met the cost of some repair job which was outside the warranty on the car they had sold.
I, too, have had a similar experience. An unexpected failure of the computer-controlled airflow meter on my car after 12 months was not covered by the insurance policy I had taken out on the car when I bought it from them. But CarZone, on the spot, offered to pay half the cost of the replacement unit without even being asked to do so.
Isn’t it great that we have an honest, customer-concerned car dealer in our area?

We found CarZone a very professional and efficient firm to deal with and had not appreciated how simple the purchase of a car can be when the transaction is completed by competent staff.
